Follow the steps below to reactivate your camera(s) in the App:
- On the home page, select the menu in the upper left corner and hit Camera
- Click on the Camera Location name
- Click on the battery or signal icon next to the Camera name
- Scroll down and select 'Resume Camera Service'
- Select 'Yes' to reactivate camera
If you need to reactivate specific cameras but are unsure which is which, here is how you can tell. To access camera details, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Cameras" in the menu in the upper left corner
- Click on the Camera Location name
- Click on the battery or signal icon next to the Camera name
- Scroll down and select 'Device Info'
- Match the ICCID or IMEI of each camera with the information displayed there.
