Overage Protection

If you choose the Starter or Intermediate Plans (monthly or yearly) you will have the option to turn on Overage Protection. This will cost an additional $5.00 for every 250 pictures received through the app. These 250 pictures will be shared by all the cameras on your account until it is exhausted. If you have Overage Protection on when those 250 pictures are consumed, you will be charged another $5.00 for every 250 photos until you turn off Overage Protection, your cycle renews or you upgrade to the next plan up. (Please note that picture count added via Overage Protection does not roll over to the next cycle/month.) 

To turn on and off Overage Protection you will need to access the account page in your app:

• Select 'Account'
• Select 'Plan'
• Toggle 'Overage Protection' on.  
• You will be alerted of the cost particulars when turning Overage Protection on and off.
